Our Email Terms
Below you can find our email terms (the "Terms"), which Terms constitute the entire agreement between yourself and us for using our email addresses. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop communicating with our email addresses forthwith.

1. Introduction
Busuttil Assurance is the trading name of Busuttil Assurance Ltd (the "Company"), a private limited liability company registered in Malta, holder of the Maltese company registration certificate number C 68469, and having its registered office at 4 Triq A. De Saavedra, In-Naxxar NXR 2232, Malta. The Company is the owner of assurance.busuttil.com (the "Subdomain"). From this Subdomain, you can send or receive emails to/from the Company's email addresses (e.g. team@assurance.busuttil.com, john.doe@assurance.busuttil.com, and/or other email addresses ending with @assurance.busuttil.com) (the "Email Addresses") together with their content (the "Content").
2. Agreement
By using the Company's Email Addresses, you accept and agree to these Terms, and hereby represent that you shall comply with the provisions thereof. Should you not accept or agree to these Terms, or not intend to comply with the provisions thereof, you must stop communicating with the Company's Email Addresses forthwith.
You should keep a copy of these Terms for future reference.
3. Changes
The Company may change these Terms at its sole discretion without any prior written notice. You must read these Terms each time you make use of the Company's Email Addresses to ensure that you are complying with those terms applicable at that time.
4. Authorisations
The Company is authorised by the Accountancy Board in Malta to provide audit and accountancy services by warrant holders pursuant to Article 10 of the Accoutancy Profession Act, Chapter 281, Laws of Malta.
5. Content
The Content inside any email received from the Company's Email Addresses may contain information about products or services. Under no circumstance should this be interpreted as entering into a contract or agreement.
If you receive Content inside an email from any of the Company's Email Addresses, and such Content is not addressed to you but rather to another person/s, you:
- must inform the sender forthwith that you have received such email in error, and
- must delete such email forthwith and not retain a copy of the email's Content.
Furthermore, the views expressed by the Company's employees are solely theirs. This means that such views are not of the Company and it does not accept any responsibility or liability thereof.
6. Availablity
The Company does not guarantee that the Email Addresses are available all the time uninterrupted. The Company may also suspend or withdraw any or all Email Addresses as it sees fit and proper, without any prior notice.
7. Links
You must never link to the Company's Email Addresses, unless the Company has provided you with written authorisation.
In the Content of any email received from the Company's Email Addresses, there may be links to third party websites or email addresses. Such websites or email addresses have their own terms and policies and are not governed by these Terms.
8. Indemnity
You hereby accept and indemnify the Company, its directors, and its employees, from any loss or damage you may incur as a result of your use of the Company's Email Addresses and their Content.
